KENNETH T. MISENER: Executive with extensive experience in Health Services Management.  Ken served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Fairview Hospital, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Akron General Medical Center, and Chief Operating Officer of Dental Care Partners.  Currently, Ken is Executive in Residence for MBA Health Care Administration Cleveland State University; Ken holds a Masters Degree and a BS in Business from The Ohio State University.

Edward Luttner

has received national recognition for his outstanding contributions in the Career Management Field. After many years with international firms as Vice President of Standards and Development, Ed has formed Edward Luttner Associates in order to be more expansive and specialized in his service. He brings to Edward Luttner Associates extraordinary talents and unique marketing approaches for Senior and Mid-Level professionals and for those who are moving into entrepreneurial ventures. Ed has worked in the international as well as the national job market.

Edward Luttner has personally helped over four thousand individuals to change, enhance, and manage their careers with salaries ranging from $75,000 to $300,000 and above .  He is recognized as one of the top career management professionals in the Cleveland area and nationwide.  You will find him featured in the Who's Who Among Human Services Professionals in the USA, the National Distinguished Service Registry for Counseling and Development, and in the Who's Who in the Midwest.  His thirty plus years of experience are unmatched by any other career management professional in the greater Cleveland area as well as the Mid-Western United States.

Edward Luttner is accredited and certified by the HayGroup to administer, interpret, and coach the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. This on-line instrument (ESCI) measures the behaviors that contribute to leadership effective performance. This instrument focuses on behaviors that are observable, recognizable and distinct. The feedback package shows participants how others experience their behavior in terms of the consistency with which they demonstrate emotional and social intelligence competencies. It helps the participants to appreciate their strengths, to recognize how consistently they do certain things, and to identify what they can do to be more effective leaders. The competency Model includes Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.

Mr. Luttner is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and serves on the Board of Trustees of JRH (Jesuit Retreat House).  He holds two Masters Degrees, one from the University of Detroit and the other from Loyola University, Chicago.

Tom Clevidence has been associated with Edward Luttner Associates for over 15 years in Strategic Planning and Management Roles. Tom is a Senior Executive with over 22 years experience in General Management, Corporate Philanthropy, and Human Resources. He has a strong track record of growth working for an Investment Banking and Brokerage Company, Commercial Banks, an International Consulting Firm, Higher Education, and Executive Search and Research. He is a hands-on Executive focused on leading a results oriented cost effective team and successfully participated in four mergers.

Tom has held positions as Senior Managing Director, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Regional President. Mr. Clevidence holds a JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, a Masters Degree from Kent State University, and a BA from Baldwin Wallace College. He also holds leadership roles on numerous Boards in the Northeast Ohio area.

Tom has joined Edward Luttner Associates as an Executive Associate and Advisor.

Clinton Simmons has been a corporate affiliate with Edward Luttner Associates since 2000. Clinton is a dedicated, results-oriented leader, with over 25 years of experience, implementing corporate objectives and growth strategies for both domestic and international organizations. 

Frank Cook has been associated with Edward Luttner Associates since 1990 in business
planning. He is a personable, energetic, and highly knowledgeable attorney and counselor. He is a practicing attorney and has been an instructor and counselor in personal and community affairs for over 20 years. Frank holds a J.D., M.Ed., A.B., and a certificate in Mental Health Education from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine.

Frank is a Senior Associate with Edward Luttner Associates.

Veronica Smrekar has been associated with ELA for over 18 years. She is an executive level professional who has effectively administered and managed the financial operations of a large non-profit corporation with a budget of $3 Million. She has held Treasury and Director Level positions. Veronica holds a MA degree from John Carroll University and a BSE from St. John's College.

Bill Allman is an operations and marketing executive with over 20 years' experience in market development, e-business, e-commerce, and strategic planning and implementation with a Fortune 100 company headquartered in Ohio. Currently, Bill is President of ALL VENTURES, a business development company whose focus includes developing fine art-based businesses. Bill is an Associate with Edward Luttner Associates.
